Our purpose-built facilities boast 780 tonnes of silo storage capacity feeding directly to a Cimbria 108 sieve cleaner and two Cimbria gravity tables which halve our turn-around times.
We've made sure we have road train access and an on-site weighbridge to ensure efficiency and maximum capacity.
We sample grain on site using an Agtator (CBH) model and Dehuller to ensure delivery standards are met.

We charge a per ton rate, not a per hour rate. This means the that the more difficult cleaning jobs don’t cost the farmer more and the farmer is able to calculate more accurately how much the entire job will cost.

When cleaning grain for seeding purposes we run the machine at around 70% capacity to ensure a weed free sample.
Andrew and Julie have run the family farm at Maitland for many years, now in it’s fifth generation. Cereal and legumes are routinely grown, but in previous years, they were well known for production of medic seed. Medic seed always requires cleaning prior to sale, and this inspired Andrew to pursue his interest in cleaning all types of grain.
